I was a little worried about how the delivery would go, but it ended up being smooth. Shipping was quick, and the box only had one small dent, so that was a relief.

I’ve had this sauna for a few months now and it’s been solid. Nothing fancy to complain about, it just does what it’s supposed to do, heats up well, feels sturdy, and so far it’s holding up fine. I was kind of expecting at least some little issue to pop up by now, but nope, still working like it did when I first got it.

Putting it together was straightforward. I’m not exactly an expert, but the install went smoothly enough and I didn’t run into any real issues.

I’ve been using our sauna almost every night after work, it’s been really steady. It heats up faster than I thought it would, and I haven’t noticed any cold spots, which is exactly what you’d hope for. Even if I open the door for a quick second, the temperature settles right back in without a big drop.
Setup took me a little longer than expected, but nothing unreasonable, and once it was up and running it’s been solid. For something like a sauna, you just want it to heat well, stay consistent, and not give you headaches. This has done that so far, so I’m really happy with it and would buy from Select Saunas again.

I had a small issue and was ready to look elsewhere if it turned into a hassle, but the warranty fix was straightforward. They sorted it out fast, so I’m happy to stick around for now.

The sauna works fine, and the price wasn’t bad compared to a few others I checked out. But some of the parts felt a little cheaper than I expected, so I’m kind of confused on how to feel about the value?? It’s not bad, but it’s not amazing either. I’d say it’s probably worth it if you can grab it on sale

I had a question before placing my order, and I was expecting to be ignored like what usually seems to happen when I need help. But they actually got back to me quickly. The answer was clear, friendly, and they didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything. It made the whole process a lot less frustrating than I thought it would be. Really appreciated the customer service.
